Broccoli “Chips”

Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli stems, cut into thin discs or "chips"
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos or Bragg Liquid Aminos or tamari soy sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp lemon peel
- 1/8 tsp fenugreek
- 1/8 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Mix together aminos, vinegar and spices.
- Add broccoli and let marinate 1 hour.
- Lay chips in a single layer in a large baking dish.
- Roast in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
- Toss chips and roast another 20 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
