SERVINGS 12 breakfast bites

Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Chopped veggies of choice onion, mushroom, peppers, broccoli, spinach
  • 8 eggs
  • SHAPE Cajun Seasoning - optional
  • 1 cup shredded goat or sheep cheese
  • Salsa Verde - optional

Instructions

  • Brown the ground turkey with the spices set aside for later. Grease 12 muffin pan tin. Chop whatever veggies you want in your breakfast bites. Divide the turkey sausage into the 12 muffin tins add the veggies to each tin.
  • Beat 8 eggs with salt, pepper and cajun season seasoning. Divide egg mixture into the muffin tins then top with small amount of goat cheese. Bake in the oven 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Notes

Serve with Salsa Verde – optional.
