“Big Mac” Burger Bowl

Ingredients
 

Burgers

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt more or less to taste

Special Sauce

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickles chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch salt more or less to taste
  • Stevia optional

Bowls

  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup pickle chips

Instructions

Burgers

  • Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to a skillet. Cook beef, stirring frequently, until browned and crumbled. While ground beef cooks, prepare special sauce.

Special Sauce

  • Add mayonnaise, ketchup, coconut aminos, chopped dill pickles, dried minced onion, crushed red pepper flakes, salt and Stevia (optional) to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Whisk ingredients together until fully combined, set sauce aside until ready to serve.

Burger Bowls

  • Divide romaine lettuce evenly between serving bowls.
  • Divide ground beef mixture into 4 equal portions. Place one portion in center of each serving bowl, on top of lettuce layer.
  • Arrange equal portion of cherry tomatoes, pickle chips, red onions, and other preferred toppings around ground beef in each bowl.
  • Drizzle plenty of special sauce over top of burger bowls and serve!
