Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • SweetLeaf Stevia powder or liquid, to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

1 serving = 1 serving fruit
Tip: Add 4-8 drops of pH Concentrated Minerals for an added electrolyte boost.
