Baked Cinnamon Apple Fruit and Yogurt Cups

Ingredients
 

  • 3 apples chopped and peeled can substitute strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp stevia or to taste
  • 1 tsp arrowroot flour
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 and 1/2 cups greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Mix and add all ingredients except greek yogurt into 8x8 dish bake at 400 for 60 minutes.
  • Divide into 3 servings, serve warm with greek yogurt or let cool and store in refrigerator with greek yogurt topping.
