Suggested Solutions re: Shipping Delays
We continue to experience delivery delays with UPS, FedEx and USPS. Please understand, this is NOT the fault of Kaerwell. Kaerwell does an outstanding job of packing and shipping orders the same day when received by 2:00 pm EST. Orders received AFTER 2:00 pm ship the following business day.
Kaerwell does everything possible to get product to you as quickly as possible. However, once packages are released to the carriers, it is out of their control.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about tracking your package.
A few things to keep in mind when placing orders:
Friday orders: if you place an order on a Friday BEFORE 2pm, Kaerwell will ship your order that day. Keep in mind, it’s possible that your package may sit at the carrier’s facility over the weekend and not move again until Monday
Holidays: if post offices are closed, packages may not move through the system.
The best way to ensure you have plenty of stock on hand is to order EARLY and order EXTRA. With the unfortunate trend we’re seeing in longer delivery times, we suggest you allow 7-10 days for delivery. Plan for the worst, hope for the best
Occasionally, product may be damaged during shipment. If this happens, please contact us immediately by calling 636-484-8444. We request that you please email photos to customerservice@shapereclaimed.com. We need photos of the original package and product damage. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to make it right by replacing damaged product at no cost to you.
