Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  • SHAPE-Approved Apricot Jam see link in recipe notes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Spritz chicken breasts with olive oil spray and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Top each chicken breast with 1 serving of apricot jam.
  • Add chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.

Notes

1 serving = 4 oz. protein, 1 serving fruit
