Apple Coleslaw

Ingredients
 

  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • dash mustard powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • SweetLeaf Stevia, to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix cabbage and apples together.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage and apples.
  • Toss to coat and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.

Notes

1 serving = 2 cups vegetable, 1/2 serving fruit
