Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp flaxmeal
- 4 tbsp arrowroot
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ teaspoon celtic salt
- Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of raw batter after pouring in pancake maker
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth. Cook in mini pancake maker (for perfect burger buns).
Notes
For a sweetened bun, add cinnamon and a SHAPE approved sweetener of your choice.
