Zucchini Hashbrowns
 
Recipe type: Phase 1
Ingredients
  • 2 cups zucchini grated
  • Soak in water with ½ tsp salt for 20 min.
  • Drain then squeeze all water out.
  • Add ½ c parmesan cheese can substitute cottage cheese but doesn't hold up well.
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ⅓ c chives
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • If you’re egg sensitive use ½ c ground flax seed mixed with 1 c water
Instructions
  1. Mix well put on parchment lined cookie sheet flatten with spoon bake on 400 degrees for 35 min.
