- 4 to 6 oz ground beef
- 1 recipe barbeque sauce – see website recipe
- Bibb or romaine lettuce leaves
- Brown ground beef in small frying pan.
- Add barbeque sauce and a little water to achieve desired consistency.
- Cook for about 5 minutes. Serve sloppy joe style on lettuce leaves.
Top with cheddar cheese slices and SweetLeaf Stevia caramelized onion rings.
