Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
Serves: 1
  • 4 to 6 oz ground beef
  • 1 recipe barbeque sauce – see website recipe
  • Bibb or romaine lettuce leaves
  1. Brown ground beef in small frying pan.
  2. Add barbeque sauce and a little water to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes. Serve sloppy joe style on lettuce leaves.
Phase 2 modifications:
Top with cheddar cheese slices and SweetLeaf Stevia caramelized onion rings.
