Shrimp Strawberry Spinach Salad
  • 2 cups raw spinach
  • 4-6 oz. grilled shrimp
  • 6-8 sliced strawberries
  • Chopped scallions to taste
  • ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • Dash of celery salt to taste
  • Dash of onion salt to taste
  • Dash garlic powder to taste
  • Packet of stevia
  • ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum to thicken
  1. Vinaigrette Dressing for Multiple Servings:
  2. Mix: Apple cider vinegar, water, celery salt, garlic powder, stevia, Xanthan gum to thicken.
  3. Shake and refrigerate leftover.
