Recipe type: Phase I, FasTrac
  • 24 oz Daisy 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 16 oz Muir Glen Salsa (I make fresh salsa)
  • Frank's Hot Sauce
  1. Blend the blended cottage cheese and salsa like crazy. Pour into saucepan and melt over low heat til hot. Taste Queso and if not spicy enough add Frank's hot sauce to desired spicy taste. As for serving size I only dip my 8 to 16 nut thins and I'm done.
