Ingredients
  • 3 boxes approved stock or homemade you can simmer frozen chicken if desired
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 3 sliced red jalapeños
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 4-5T aminos
  • 1 head cilantro-add stems to broth reserve leaves to chop on top
  • Lemongrass
Instructions
  1. Simmer 1-2 hours-strain
  2. Make zucchini noodles and sauté with a spritz of coconut spray
  3. Place zoodles in bowl, add broth then top with fried egg, cilantro, and hot sauce of choice
