Panfake Crackers

Panfake Crackers
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried mustard
  • ¼ tsp Celtic sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  1. mix with a whisk until smooth
  2. cook in a skillet
  3. cut finished Panfakes into pieces with a pizza cutter, place on parchment paper
  4. bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes, check for crispness
  5. if not crispy enough, bake for another 5 minutes
