  • ½ c. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ c. whey protein powder
  • 2 TBS unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes (the baking powder will “fluff” up the batter).
  3. Heat a skillet and cook!
