Nut Butter Bread (Phase II/III)

Nut Butter Bread (Phase II/III)
  • 1 egg
  • A little less than ¼ cup nut butter (cashew, almond, or sunflower)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp honey or equivalent of stevia sweetener
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Dash of celtic sea salt
  1. Mix together egg and nut butter
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, honey or equivalent of stevia sweetener, baking soda, and dash of celtic sea salt. Mix with mixer for about 10 seconds
  3. Pour into a lightly spritzed mini pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Each nut butter will give it a different flavor - test them out to see which one you like best
