Diana’s Meatloaf
Recipe type: Phase I FasTrac
  • 1lb each - ground sirloin, ground turkey breast, veal
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box of NutThins
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • Sweet peppers chopped
  • Celtic Sea Salt
  • Ground Pepper
  • Fage Greek Yogurt
  • Mustard
  • Garlic
  • Tomato paste
  1. Mix meats, eggs, veggies, salt, pepper, mustard, tomato paste, yogurt, by hand.
  2. Put nut thins in a zip lock and roll out with a rolling pin, very fine.
  3. Add to the meat mixture and continue to mix in well by hand. Shape into a loaf.
  4. Bake 375 for 1.5 hrs or until done. Check internal temp to 175.
  5. Cut in half to check doneness.
  6. Let rest for 15 min. before cutting and serving. If you put this baby in the smoker, internal temps still apply.
