Meatballs – Asian

Asian Meatballs
Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
  • ¼ lb ground beef, chicken, or turkey
  • Ginger (fresh or powdered)
  • Coconut Aminos
  • Beef stock
  • Hot Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Green Onions (optional)
  1. In a bowl mix together meat, ¼ teaspoon of ginger, some coconut aminos, as much or as little hot sauce as you wish and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Form small, ¼ inch meatballs and place in a non-stick pan on high. Sear the meatballs until the outside is browned then add enough beef stock to cover the bottom of the pan. Add ⅛ teaspoon of ginger, more coconut aminos, as much hot sauce as you want, and turn the pan on high. Let the sauce reduce until it becomes a glaze. Serve with green onions on top and enjoy!
