Loaded Nachos
Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
  • Nut Thins (however many you want to use for the day)
  • Ground Taco Meat - chicken, beef or turkey (however much you want to use for the day)
  • Cottage Cheese -Melted Down
  • Salsa
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Hot Sauce
  • Any other approved topping you want.
  1. Lay out your nut thins on a plate.
  2. Season your meat with whatever approved taco seasoning recipe you can find.
  3. Put your meat on top of the nut thins.
  4. In a small frying pan, *bring to a boil* 1-2 heaping spoon fulls of approved cottage cheese. Let it liquefy then pour over meat and crackers immediately. The cheese will solidify and be gooey like melted mozzarella!
  5. Add your toppings.
