Lemon Garlic Sirloin Tips
Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 lemon - zested & juiced
  • salt & pepper
  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat a heavy skillet or cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add the meat and let brown before turning. Once evenly browned, add the garlic and cook with the meat, stirring, for 1 minute. Add lemon zest and about ¼ cup water and cook, stirring for another minute.
  2. Remove from heat, add juice, tossing to coat.
