Italian Salad Dressing

Italian Salad Dressing
Serves: 1 Cup
  • 3 tsp. pulverized Spike – use 2 tsps. for a milder dressing
  • 2 T Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 4 drops Stevia
  • ½ tsp. xanthan gum
  • ¾ C water
  1. Spike seasoning – pour entire jar into blender and pulverize.
  2. Pour back into container.
  3. Combine all ingredients in blender for about 30 seconds or until thickened.
  4. Refrigerate after opening.
