Herbed London Broil

  • 4 to 6 oz lean London broil cut into strips
  • ¼ cup beef broth or water
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon thyme
  • Pinch of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped Italian parsley
  1. Salt and pepper the beef strips.
  2. In a small frying pan or non-stick skillet combine London broil, herbs and beef broth. Cook until desired level of doneness. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
