Gingered Beef
Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
Serves: 1
  • 4 to 6 oz beef cut into thin strips
  • ¼ cup beef broth or water
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • SweetLeaf Stevia to taste (optional)
  1. Sauté ginger and spices in broth and liquid ingredients to release the flavors.
  2. Add the beef and stir fry gently.
  3. Deglaze the pan periodically by adding a little water.
  4. Add the chopped green onions and serve hot.
