Flaxseed Bread
  • 2 cups ground flaxseed
  • 5 egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 packets of stevia
  • 2 tsp coconut oil or flaxseed oil
  • Pinch of salt.
  1. Mix all dry ingredients then add the wet.
  2. Whisk together and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or longer depending on oven.
  3. This recipe can also be made into muffins: divide batter into muffin pans and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
