Flax Meal Flat Bread
  • ⅓ cup flaxseed meal
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds (whole)
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 tsp. Xylitol
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbs. MCT oil
  • 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
  • 1-2 tsp. vanilla extract.
  1. Put dry ingredients together in a bowl, mix, then add wet ingredients.
  2. Scoop and smooth batter out onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Cook in toaster oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or so.
