Recipe type: Phase 2 FasTrac
  • 2-4 oz filet
  • 6 oz bag of spinach
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp minced shallot
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • beef broth
  1. Preheat grill. Core and halve tomatoes. Lightly spray the tomatoes with Misto, season with salt and pepper. Place tomatoes on grill for 8 minutes per side. It's okay to burn them.
  2. Rub rosemary, salt, and pepper on the steaks. Place steaks on grill, cook 4-7 minutes per side.
  3. In pan toast the garlic. Add beef broth to toast it. Add the spinach and stir often until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the spinach on plate and top with steak and tomato mixture.
