Egg Roll in a Bowl
Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
  • 16 oz Lean ground beef
  • ½ head shredded cabbage
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ lb mushrooms
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 3-4 green onion
  • Cilantro
  • 1 onion
  • 1 8oz container chicken bone broth (pacific is the brand i found w/ no added sugar or carrots)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Coconut aminos
  • Braggs liquid aminos
  1. Dice up onions & celery and crush garlic and simmer in the bone broth-- add beef and brown.
  2. Thinly slice cabbage and add to pan, add mushrooms, pour in some coconut aminos and/or braggs liquid aminos to taste.
  3. Let cabbage get soft- add peppers and green onions til tender crisp.
  4. Garnish with Cilantro & pepper.
