Egg Roll in a Bowl 2
Recipe type: Phase I FasTrac
  • • 16 oz Lean ground beef or Chicken
  • • ½ head shredded Cabbage (I use Napa Cabbage it's Great)
  • • 2 stalks celery sliced into pieces.
  • • ½ lb mushrooms sliced
  • • 1 red or orange pepper
  • • 3-4 green onion
  • • 1 onion (or leek) diced
  • • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • • Coconut Aminos (optional)
  • • Braggs liquid aminos
  1. Put onions, celery, garlic and simmer in the bone broth-- add beef or chicken and brown.
  2. Thinly slice cabbage and add to pan, add mushrooms, and pour in some coconut aminos and/or Bragg’s liquid aminos to taste. (or add the Braggs at the end to taste preference)
  3. Let cabbage get soft- add peppers and green onions and cook until tender crisp.
