Dip – Buffalo Burger

Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ of an onion, chopped
  • 1 small can of tomato sauce
  • Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Greek yogurt as desired
  1. Brown 1 lb ground beef with ½ of an onion, chopped.
  2. Mix with 1 small can of tomato sauce.
  3. Add hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste, then stir in some greek yogurt as desired.
  4. Use as a dip for nut thins or veggies.
