Ingredients
  • 1 large cauliflower head, trimmed
  • MCT Coconut Oil
  • Fage Greek Yogurt
  • cottage cheese
  • Frank's Hot Sauce
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Celtic Sea Salt
  • Ground Pepper
Instructions
  1. Smear MCT Coconut Oil on head of cauliflower
  2. In a bowl mix Fage Greek Yogurt, cottage cheese, Frank's Hot Sauce, and Nutritional Yeast.
  3. Mix well and smear entire head. Sprinkle with additional Nutrional Yeast, Celtic Sea Salt and Ground Pepper.
  4. Bake 415 degrees for 1. 5 hours!
Notes
Diana’s response to how much: I just eye ball it!! I'd say, put in a couple blobs of Fage in a bowl, cottage cheese, the same, Frank's Hot Sauce, I go crazy! Nutrional Yeast, a few generous TBSP. Mix and taste. Keep adding until you get it to taste the way you want. After slathering my cauliflower head, I have enough mixture left over for my Buffalo Chicken Dip or another head of Cauliflower. Right up my alley, b/c I can never get enough of this! Let me know how you likie!📷♥️ The left over mixture makes a wonderful fresh veggie dip with Nut Thin crackers.
