Crustless Pumpkin Pie (Phase II)
  • 1 - 15oz can of pure pumpkin
  • 1 tsp stevia (drops or powder)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 eggs
  1. Mix everything together in a bowl. Spritz an 8 inch disposable aluminum pie dish OR 6 muffin tins.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees - muffins 45 min - pie 45 min to 1 hour.
