Crocked Pot Roast
 
Recipe type: Phase 1 FasTrac
Serves: multiple
Ingredients
  • 1 shoulder roast – 4 to 6 oz = 1 serving
  • Tomatoes
  • 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Cayenne to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Dry pan sear on both sides.
  2. Rub spices into meat on all sides then place in crock pot.
  3. Add tomatoes of choice - Fire Roasted by Muir Glen offers nice flavoring.
  4. Set crock pot heat to low and cook for 6-8 hours until fork tender.
