- ¼ TSP CREAM OF TARTER
- ¼ TSP BAKING POWDER
- ADD PINCH OF SEA SALT
- ADD ¼ TSP XYITOL
- ¼ TSP BUTTER EXTRACT
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 300 DEGREES
- LINE COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
- USE 2 SMALL GLASS MIXING BOWLS
- SEPARATE EGGS.
- TO THE YOLK ADD: YOGURT AND BAKING POWDER
- TO THE WHITES ADD CREAM OF TARTER
- WHIP EGG WHITE ON LOW SPEED UNTIL STIFF
- MIXED EGG YOLK MIXTURE, FOLD WHITE INTO THE YOLKS
- TO PREVENT STICKING, LOOSEN FROM PARCHMENT PAPER WHILE HOT
- POUR ONTO LINED COOKIE SHEET, BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 20 MINS, CUT INTO SIZE YOU WANT THEN FINISH BAKING
