Cinnamon Apple Cloud Bread Danish
 
Ingredients
  • Apple topping:
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp xylitol
  • ¼ cup water
  • Cloud Bread:
  • 11 eggs whites
  • 3 T cream of tartar
  • 11 egg yolks (I only had 11 lol)
  • 11 T Greek yogurt
  • 2 T pampered chef cinnamon spice plus
  • 4 T stevia
  • Topping:
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Vanilla cream stevia drops
Instructions
  1. Apple topping:
  2. Peel core and spiralize
  3. Place into microwave safe covered bowl and add cinnamon and Xylitol and water. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  4. Spritz the cupcake pan coconut spray.
  5. Cloud Bread:
  6. Whip together until creamy
  7. Gently fold in meringue to yolk mixture
  8. Scoop combined mixture into prepared pans (mine made 12 cupcakes and 10 squares)
  9. Top each batter with cinnamon apples. And bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and immediately run a knife around inside of each well to release cloud bread and gently remove from pan.
  11. Topping:
  12. Plain Greek Yogurt & Vanilla cream Stevia drops
  13. Sprinkle with more cinnamon.
