Chicken Veggie Patties
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • equal volume of chopped veggies of your choice ( I used celery, onion, diced tomatoes but can add bell pepper if you want)
  • 2 packs (10 slices) crushed Melba toast
  • Amino acids to taste
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • herbs and season to taste
  1. Mix together by hand, form patties size of your choice, grill (or on BBQ grill) for 8 minutes. Cool, bag portions and freeze.
1 patty= ½ protein and ½ veggie.
