Chicken Salad
Here is my Chicken Salad recipe. This can be eaten on FAST TRACK AND PHASE 1. PHASE 2 AND MAINTENANCE. Greek-Yogurt Chicken Salad
Recipe type: Phase I, FasTrac
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
  • ⅓ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup apple, diced
  • 2 half droppers of Regular Sweetleaf Stevia
  1. Dice cooked cooled chicken breasts and place in a large bowl. Mix in Greek yogurt and Sweetleaf drops until all the chicken is coated evenly.
  2. Add celery and apple to the bowl and mix in.
