Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad
  • 2 large diced chicken breasts
  • 1 cup thin sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsp tine diced red onion
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes (For Phase II/III)
  • 1 splash hot sauce (optional)
  1. Combine gently, cover and chill for an hour or two.
  2. Serve on Butter lettuce leaves.
  3. Sprinkle with green onion if desired
