Chia Seed Muffins
  • You will need two mixing bowls, measuring cup, measuring spoons and muffin pan.
  • Step 1/Bowl 1 (Stir together):
  • 1 Cup Golden Ground Milled Flax Seed
  • ½ Cup Chia Seed
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • ½ Tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ Tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla
  • Step 2/Bowl 2 (wisk together):
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Xylitol
  • 1 T MTC Oil
  • ⅔ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Step3/Combine Bowls (gently stir together):
  • Pour into 12 brownie pan squares.
  1. Step 1/Bowl 1.
  2. Step 2/Bowl 2.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done.
