  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons of Stevia or. Xylitol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 LARGE container of Fage yogurt (35.3oz)size, found in any store
  • No need to drain liquid out, I like it better using the liquid
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 10 Tablespoons of Stevia or Xylitol
  • (8 Tablespoons of Stevia = 1 CUP sugar)
  • So, if you want it sweeter, use the 10 Tablespoons.
  • ½ lemon juiced
  1. CRUST
  2. Put in a food processor or blender to mix it up real good, then press into the spring form pan.
  3. BAKE at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. While crust is pre baking prepare the filling.
  6. Blend above ingredients in a food processor or high power blender, until really creamy.
  7. Pour creamy mixture into the spring form pan on top of crust, and BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 60 TO 70 MINUTES, or until tooth pick comes out clean. I do mine for 60 minutes, I like it real moist.
  8. COOL in refrigerator for 4 hours
Use a 8 or 9" spring form pan
