Cauliflower Tater Tots
  • 2c Riced Cauliflower (Squeezed Dry w/ Cheese Cloth)
  • 1 Beaten Egg
  • 1 tsp Ground Flax Seeds
  • ⅛ c Green Onions
  • ⅛ c Diced Jalapeno
  • ⅛ tsp Onion Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Baking Powder
  • Celtic Salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  1. Preheat Oven: 400°
  2. Place riced cauliflower in a microwave bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, then stir with folk and microwave again for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in all dry ingredients (Flax Seeds, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Baking Powder) into hot cauliflower.
  4. Add beaten egg and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in Green Onions and Jalapenos.
  5. Take a large cookie sheet with parchment paper on it.
  6. Using .tbsp, scoop mixture and squeeze in palm of hand to get shape then place on parchment paper.
  7. Cook until bottoms are brown and flip.
  8. Continue cooking until all the tater tots are brown and crispy on the outside.
  9. Serve immediately.
