Cauliflower Soup
  • 1 XLarge or 2 small head of Cauliflower cut up (I cut one head in 8 wedges)
  • 2 Whole Cloves of Garlic (wrap in foil)
  • 2 small yellow or white onions cut in half
  • 1 med red onion cut in half
  • 4-5 Ribs of celery
  1. Put all ingredients on parchment paper, sprinkle with Spike Seasoning, Roast for 30-40 minutes at 400.
  2. When done roasting put all of the above in large pot, cover with chicken broth.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. After simmering put in blender, pulse until smooth.
  5. Return to pot. Add Salt/Pepper to taste. Add a little Amino Acid and Liquid Smoke. Just a touch of Liquid Smoke. Watch the Amino Acid, sodium was too high for my system. Cayenne Pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer and Serve.
