Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1 head raw (uncooked) cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup drained cottage cheese
  • onion powder, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  1. Put raw cauliflower into the food processor, pulse until super fine.
  2. Add drained cottage cheese, eggs and seasoning and pulse until smooth.
  3. Bake on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and baked for about 30 minutes at 375 until firm and brown
