Cauliflower Krispy Tostadas

Cauliflower Krispy Tostadas
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 T Ground Milled Flax Seed
  • 1 T Chia Seed
  • ½ C Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Seasonings
  1. Cover cauliflower w/wafer and microwave 7 min
  2. Drain liquid adn add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix and press out any liquid
  4. Line baking pan with parchment paper
  5. Spread thin layer on parchment paper and bake for about 30 min at 400
  6. Remove from oven and cut into desired pieces
  7. Then place them on a microwave chip maker (I have a pampered Chef chip maker)
  8. Cook on high in 1 min increments until desired Crispness
