Buffalo Chicken Balls

Buffalo Chicken Balls
  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 3 cloves finely minced garlic
  • ½ cup fined minced celery
  • ½ cup fined minced onion
  • 16 Melba Toast or Nut Thins (crushed in plastic bag with rolling pin.)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt-Pepper to taste.
  1. Mix all together in bowl.
  2. Roll into balls
  3. Place on foil lined baking pan
  4. Bake @350 degrees for about 20 minutes turning occasionall
  5. Top with Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
