Broccoli “Chips”

Broccoli “Chips”
  • 12-20 stalks of broccoli, chopped after removing florets,
  • ¼ cup Coconut Aminos
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar (Vom Foss brand, infused with ginger, white grape & lemon)
  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar Limeade (Bragg’s brand, sold as a beverage)
  • ½ Tsp garlic powder
  • ½ Tsp ground ginger
  • ½ Tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ Tsp lemon peel
  • ¼ Tsp fenugreek
  • ⅛ Tsp celtic sea salt
  • 4-color peppercorns (white, black, green, & pink, from Penzey’s)
  1. Chop broccoli. Mix all other ingredients to create marinade. Marinate broccoli in marinade.
  2. Put into roasting pan and then put in the oven for 20 min.
  3. Check it, toss it, & put it back into the over for another 20-30 min.
  4. Allowed it to cool before eating.
Results: Taste like candy. Seriously. Amazingly. Yummy.
