Breakfast Ginger Tofu
  • ½ lb firm tofu rinsed and pat dry
  • 1 T sesame oil (sub with broth or spray your pan)
  • 2 t fresh minced ginger
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 1 T Braggs liquid aminos
  1. Slice tofu into 4-6 pieces. Heat a large skillet or griddle and add oil/broth. Sprinkle slices with half the ginger, scallions, and liquid aminos. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip tofu over and sprinkle with remaining g ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip tofu back over for 30 seconds and serve immediately.
