  • 2 cups yellow Zuchinni linguini
  • 2 oz shredded turkey
  • 1 red pepper slivered
  • 1 T chia seed
  • 1 T milled flax seed
  • ½ cup low fat greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low fat cottage Cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Baked at 375 for 30 min
