Blackberry Salad
  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • ½ cup black berries
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seed
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  1. Poach chicken in boil water. Remove from heat, drain, and slice into small pieces. Pour vinegar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest into a salad jar. Add chicken, blackberries, sesame seeds, and mixed greens into serving bowl. Mix well and drizzle dressing on top.
