Black Pepper Sautéed Shrimp
Serves: 1
  • 6 oz shrimp
  • 1 serving Melba toast or crushed Nut Thins
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon caper juice
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  1. Mix cracker crumbs with salt and generous amount of black pepper.
  2. Coat shrimp with cracker crumb/pepper mixture and fry on high heat in a skillet in a little lemon juice until cooked well.
  3. Serve hot and garnish with lemon and additional freshly ground black pepper.
